>    Registration Terms

>    To be over 16 years old. Competitors under 18 must provide a parental agreement.

>    To provide a medical certificate dated less than one year, with no contra-indication to mountain marathon.

>    To set up a team of two members.

>    To pay the registration fee.

>    Prize giving

>    The best teams of each category will be awarded.

>    All team members will be offered a souvenir of the event.

>    Compulsory gear

For one team:
>    a tent with groundsheet, a stove with the necessary fuel and pans, a first aid kit with at least a bandage, sterile compresses, sticking plaster and a antiseptic, a survival blanket.

For each team member:
>    a rucsac, a whistle and a torch with spare batteries, food for 2 days, a flask (please note that water will be provided at checkpoints and at the bivouac), a warm sleeping bag, warm and waterproof clothes. Shoes must be adapted to mountain hikes (possible walks on rocks and snow).
